testing speaker inputs with a DMM

Okay, tested it.....Max voltage I got was around 6 volts....

Also tested voltage coming off the power wire into the amp....14.13 volts. Voltage on remote wire- around 13 volts.....

Anyone have a diagnosis based on those numbers? 6 volts seems really low.....Time for a new amp?

That's really low...9 watts at 4 ohms, or 18 watts at 2 ohms.
Think it's time for a new amp, or at least send it to Sergey at K&B Audio if it's fixable.

That was with no load on the terminals, thats the right way to test it right? No sub hooked up, just put the DMM prongs on the inputs?
