INdeed. Then we will definitely stick with 5 spiders for you *laughs*
I do suggest a SMALL box... mine is about 2.4 cubes + port for the 15.
INdeed.
I did the same score with a single MT15 + 2 HK4000d's in a small pressure box in my truck...
Mine was around 2.3cubes with 4 4" external aero ports, I kept chopping the ports down an inch at a time, until I lost on the TL... then I went back to the previous ports.... and did .5"
For lots of power + HighBL subs + street SPL... small pressure boxes are where it's at...
nG
INdeed...small boxes are great for spl...the only bad part about using a super small box is you have an INSANELY high impedence rise which requires you to wire to a dead short to get any power
Thats why the new breed of amps that can burp from 1/8th - whatever are in such demand (i know you know this I'm just spouting)
This box is for the win --- lowest score I've done in any vehicle with any sub so far is 149.4 dB with my "Z15" 1000-watt prototype and two 1500Ds @ 1 ohm each. That sub petered out at 150.3 dB with two 3000Ds, it said "enough is enough."INdeed.

hell its prettier than most of my final installs lolI have to admit, this box is a little prettier then the last test box.![]()

I plan to make a new one for two subs later on to try to get he Jeep well into the 150s //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I am *really* anxious to see what my NS-X will do... motor force is roughly double the Nightshade.
seriously, im opening a new savings account so im ready for the release. It is an impressive driver //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I'm hoping to test our NS-X prototype in the Jeep soon (next level up from the Nightshade that we are working on).
I will try to be as "apples to apples" as I can and build it with 3 spiders at first.
*laughs*Uh Oh, the challenge is set......now I gotta buy one and see if I can get that score
Ha, I shall be in touch
