Tennesee Schools start drug spray detection?

Id personally let them spray me down then when I tested negative Id grab the can and throw it across campus or break it on a wall, and be like ***** dont ever try that shit again.

Great way to find yourself in jail.

Why are all of you so blind here? The test is for reasonable cause to search the students property. If their desk tests positive, then they can now search their locker. If they find a stash in the locker, then they most likely are guilty. One step further is to do a hair/blood test and see if it is really in their system. This spray will give them the justification to do so.

I have kids and want to know if they are doing drugs. I applaud the effort.

What do you consider a drug? Marijuana? Methamphetamine? Opioids?

If so, odds are you, yourself, have ingested / taken the last two at least once in your life. Even if it's not crystal meth, or heroin. Everyone has. It's just who gives it to you that's the real legality.

I don't do drugs, but I really couldn't care less if anyone did it. If my kid is dumb enough to get caught up in that, I'll try to help him. But it's his prerogative. You can't people-- most people can barely keep their own head out of water yet other people's.

Would you want to think they are using drugs when they where not? Do you think they will say, "John tested positive on this spray. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the dope on him, but we assume he is a user."
