taramps hd 5k worth it?

guess thats why they ended the hd 15ks lines and all their new amps are all bass series amps.


The way shizzon been handling the situation is CRAP. I will never ever recommend anything he sells ever. The taramps I shipped back should have been delivered June 27th... shizzon hand them redirected to his local FedEx to be picked up whenever he wants to but only has a 5day waiting period ... well it's now the 8th and he hasn't picked them up... I called paypal and they are going to refund my Money today hopefully because shizzon is NON RESPONSIVE and won't sign for the package.... shizzon is not helpful at all, he's making everything soooo difficult and NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN.

I've missed so many shows this summer waiting a month to get my taramps, then having them not work proper, now getting jerked around by shizzon... been without a big sub amp for acouple months now... pretty much taramps ruined my summer for bass shows. should have never sold my TFHE.

This is pretty serious, why didn't you start a thread about this issue? Everybody has had such a ****** for Brazilian lately and you have to wonder with the too good to be true price per watt what's going on with them.

At what point do they figure out it's cheaper to actually do quality control than have to eat a bunch of warranty claims and get this sort of bad publicity?

Either way, those Brazilian designs have always had a reputation of being time bombs. I'd be hesitant to buy one without warranty or better yet, third party warranty through eBay/Amazon/Credit Card.

Umm last time I started a thread weelad bltch asss and papermaker bltch asss call me complainer and have my account hacked and have caco hacked and hack my screen name and start posting a bunch of crap... honestly I'm barely on here anymore. I'm just sooo sick of the LOSERS/key board Warriors.

 
There is always 2 sides to the story..

Because you decided to publicly put my name on here, i'll do the same.

Your amplifiers were alerted by 2 additional parties due to the fact you "claim" both were defective.

This is extremely rare for everything to be defective.

The repair center is currently inspecting the one that you claim just goes into protect.

The first one was already examined and found that you lied to us.

We will be filing a criminal report and faxing it to Paypal after the claim is over.

Paypal will be responsible for paying us for all damages you have incurred.

The findings were brought to us from the repair center as negligent use of the amplifier.

The LED Monitor on both amps were never unpackaged meaning the user never would know the clipping state unless was looking at the amplifier the entire time.

Taramp's offered to replace BOTH amps for free (even though they were questioning the defect reason given by the user).

The User here waited for us to get this deal for him, then said he wanted his money back, wasting our time.

Before we could respond to the message, he files a paypal dispute without communication...

We then contact him about refunding and while we never disagreed to the request, he escalated it to a claim before he even started to ship the amplifiers back.

This is highly suspicious behavior.

Paypal has been contacted via phone twice now with the results coming from the repair center.

We cannot physically diagnose and decide on reasonings of failures of products, this is why the repair center is used to provide us such information.

An Affi Davit may be requested to be submitted to Paypal for record keeping of why the product(s) failed, the other is still being reviewed, but the sum of it is this-

Products failed to work properly, customer was offered free replacements from manufacturer under warranty. Customer decided to open paypal claim without waiting for seller to communicate thoroughly.

Repair center got involved with claim and examined them.. Results show customer opened claim to attempt to get paid back from damaging at least one of these 2 amps, (the other is still being reviewed), instead of going through warranty.

Directly from Paypal- in situations like this, a criminal FBI report must be filed and submitted to us.

Now, there is the other side to the story. Once the other amplifier is finished being diagnosed, we will know how to submit the report and then faxed to Paypal.

Your crazy. I used the remotes. I have a video of me doing so.... and I have a video of me packing the amplifiers back up into ORGINAL packaging. I documented all of it so you couldn't pull no shady stuff. I even had eye witnesses there when the amp blew up.

How can the repair center have then if there still at FedEx? No one ever signed to pick them up?

 
I just got off the phone with FedEx. Amps are at th FedEx warehouse and no one came to pick them up yet. If no one signs for them they will be shipped back to me . Just got off the phone with PayPal too. They said if no one signs for the package by the end of today the full amount of $1900 will be returned to me as it should be.

I will never do business with taramps and shizzon ever again

I can persomaly vouch for hertz, his electrical is freakin solid, know home for a few years now and he's the reason I'm in car Audio and is my go to vs this forum. He's never steered me wrong once even when I ask too many questions. No way in Fu(k is he a scammer. Every single amp in the hoe is perfect except the taramps. So......10+ amps work taramps quit instantly. Yeah sounds like it's mates fault. Someone's just salty their amps have poor quality control. Hmmm.....and for the FBI think that's just f'd up bro. I was considering a bass series but now f that. And WOW customer service is great (rolls eyes)

So basically what seller is saying is the guy that's helped me out and basically giving me subs in hard time is a crook? *** outta here with that shiit. Sounds to me like someone didn't wanna issue a refund....... I for one will avaoid taramps when I upgrade in the next few months.

We are working with paypal. That's all we can do.

Also, if fedex thinks they have something to ship back, let them go right ahead. Someone else will be filing an insurance claim with them shipping someone elses product back to you.

The reference to you not using led monitor appears that way to US since they were still twist tied.

This is obviously not the evidence the repair center has as that's just circumstantial.

We cannot comment on direct detail until everything is finalized.

Paypal will refund you, that is not changing, but it will be Paypal's responsibility to pay for the damages incurred.

Amp goes into protect! Bass knob/clip light in my hand. It never once clipped. U can see I got like two bass notes out of it and protect at 1:27 in the video... and that's the 2nd amp in the video that just goes into protect, the first amp blew up within seconds.
We do not have any information from Repair Center yet of this amplifier, but the first amplifier, they have plenty of evidence of that one.

Tracking number says amps are still at FedEx. No one ever picked them up. I called them this morning and they are still there

 
And what if i drove to where the box you shipped was and posted a pic of it here?
I posted tracking number pic a few post up. No one has signed for it and it's at FedEx. I don't know why FedEx would lie online tracking and when I called them this morning.
