Illegal here, one of friends was arrested for it "Disorderly conduct" and impounded the vehicle, he got it back with the pa system and the horns ripped out.

Laws dont apply in my country, , and you always have a friend how has high grade in military, some general or coronel how take you out of trouble.

I found it on ebay, i have always think than interaction with the other drivers is nice, the lights are not enought, you need to tell then what they are when they do something bad, or when you see a pretty lady on the street
