Talk ouside the car

Hi

I'm looking for a system like the one that police use to talk to you when you do something wrong, i dont want sirens or anything like that just the system to talk, what can i use to do this.

this kid at my school used to have one on the top of his car, and he would talk to kids that were next to him on the road. it was pretty lame, but cool at the same time..

If your searching online your prolly gonna wanna search under PA system. Make sure you type in vehicle or you get a bunch of band stuff.

I found it on ebay, i have always think than interaction with the other drivers is nice, the lights are not enought, you need to tell then what they are when they do something bad, or when you see a pretty lady on the street
