taking out speaker amp worth it?

I have some coaxles running of a 4 channel pioneer piece of crap. They are kappas so they are wired to 2 ohm.

Im planning on putting in a kicker kx2500.1 and i want to give the amp all i can. Would it be worth it to pull out the speaker amp and just run some speakers off my head unit? The speakers i have right now dont sound very great so im not worried about sq. just wondering if it will free up a bit of power or not?

No noticeable difference. Leave the amp on your coaxes and do a little tuning.
