Hello,

I am looking to set up a tablet (instead of a head unit) for my audio system and had one question that I cannot figure out. I can use the 3.5mm jack to RCA, thru a preamp to get to a 4 channel amp for the 4 speakers inside the main cabin of the vehicle. However, I want to run another amp (mono block) and subwoofer. How would I do this? Is it as simple as splitting the 3.5mm jack into 2 sets of RCA cables, running them thru preamps, then to a x-over that leads out to both amps? I was looking for a converter, or interface that allows the 3.5mm in and separates to 3 RCAs. 1x front, 1x rear and 1x subwoofer. I want to be able to keep the fade ability. Is there anything that does this?! I can't find anything.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
