That's just a **** fine idea, please post finished pics. If the cones and caps are carbon fiber that would be perfect. Make it with a skinny high roll surround and you have THE sub.

i have built a few of those tss motored subs. why not a 4 or 12 spoke basket, better spider landing 4 sho...

didnt go as initially planned but here is the finished subs..=)

T3 TSS motors..D1.5 copper flat reinforced former 4layer triple stiff spiders reinfored with rubberized glue triple lead. TC honeycomb cone and cap. RMS 1500+

12 spoke is limited in throw and suspension capabilities..
