Well i did some more testing on my system, hooked up one my older amps and still dont get anything from the subwoofers. So im guessing i blew my type-rs....Im trying to figure out how this happened since im sure my gains were set low. Could it possible something just camee loose in the box?? I dont see how I blew both subs at the same time unless one of them were already blown... Any suggestions on what I need to do or should i just go shopping for some new subs. I tested my 2nd amp with ac volts and got readings so i guess my 1st amp probably isnt blown....

Yep, check for continuity with a DMM. Start by checking at the speaker connections on the amp. If you get no continuity, it could either be the speaker coils, or the wiring. At that point, remove the subs and check continuity on the coils themselves, as this will isolate the coils from the wiring and will tell you if its the speakers, or the wire connections in the box or on the speakers.
