System Setup ???s

Well, I'm setting up my system and would like some suggestions on it. I have an Eclipse 8455 h/u, CDT 6.5" classic comps up front, Alpine type-r 6.5" coaxes for rear fill, & 3 ED 8" subs. I'm wanting to pick up new amps, since my 4-channel amp is acting up. I currently have Avionixx 440.4 & 1200.2 amps. I'm thinking about going active w/ the comps, so that will drive how many channels I'll need. I could just do away with the rear speakers, which would alleviate needing to power the coaxes. I'm thinking of heading that direction and buying a JL 300/4 and 500/1. What do you guys think about this? If ya'll think I should keep the rear fill, how would I power them if I went with the JL amps? Thanks in advance!
