How much of a difference would a yellotop make?

alternator would help alot!!!

is your battery under your backseat or in the trunk?

If its in the trunk, you could replace that battery with a Yellowtop and add an additional yellowtop in the trunk, depending on how much power you running. that shouldn't be too difficult

You could still do the big three. Most people have their amps in the trunk anyway, so running a wire into the trunk is pretty common.

What are you running/plan on running?

i have the same problem 01 bonneville battery is under back seat so its hard to do the big 3 cus you have to run the wires from under the hood to the backseat thats alot of wire //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif.

As of now im running 2 12" FI BL's off an IA 20.1. Also the batt is in the trunk but i think im going to look for a new alt i guess if it can be had for not too much money.

Alright one last question seeing how I dont really undersand the concept, can I run a 200 amp alt and my same batt and still notice on increase in power or will I have to get multiple batts. just to see more power? Thanks for helping out guys.

So as long as the car is on I should see a difference even with the batt I have now and not changing to a yellowtop? The one I have now is the biggest one Interstate makes so I think I should be fine or atleast better off than my old 70 amp setup?
