System is popping when i do things!!! HELP!

Well i installed my amp today that i got back from Lanzar but when i turn off the car its a loud pop with the subs and amp. It also does it when i change from CD to Radio and then every time i change the radio station. Its not just a little pop either its one that will scare ya. It makes the subs hit and you can hear the amp click also. What in the world is going on? Please help, i just waited 2 weeks w/o an amp b/c Lanzar sent me a fried amp but they said they fixed it and now it actually works and everything but its a loud pop even when the volume is at like 2. HELP me!!!

secure all grounds, including head unit ground, amplifier ground contact points, and the RCA's may need to be grounded, especially if its a pioneer head unit.

Might you own an Eclipse 2003 or 2004 head unit?

No i dont. I have the Pioneer deh-7700. I hear thats common with Pioneer's to do that but my friend next door has the same head unit but a premier and it doesnt do it. I was also told that when the metal on the end of my two rca's to go into the amp touched it ruined the rca's in the head unit. This is annoying as hell and cant be good for the subs. Their making like a scratchy sound every once in awhile now and i think its these freakin rca's on the head unit! Anyone agree or disagree? Need help quick!

check the grounds first..make sure they're good...if they are..then try switching rcas if u think thats the case...

Well my freaking amp started to crackle and pop last night and then it started smoking! When i got it the first time the RCA's were messed up and it wouldnt work and now i've had it for 3 days and it basically blew! Im soooo freakin sick of this shit! Im about to just say screw this company, have them refund me my money, and buy an Orion 2500d off ikesound and call it a day.
