System in Mercedes Benz

I have a Mercedes Benz 240D I am going to put ina system this summer. The main thing is amp and sub combonation. My car has a steel plate behind the seat and a gas tank. The car is built like from under the rearw of the bank window to the trunk. I have a budget of about $800. I would really like help from someone who has put a system in a mercedes before? But, any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

get another car....... trust me i have one and it sucks i did a backdeck install and now i cant sell the car b/c of it. Unless you want to buy it....

You would have to port it through the rear deck.

stick with speakers and amps.. no subs for that car..
