system draining my battery

i had a capacitor installed about a year ago, but recently had some work done on my alarm and now my capacitor won't turn off and it is draining my battery. does any one know if there is a reset switch or something i can do to fix this so i don't have to take it in to the shop?

Makes sense.. I couldnt figure out how a cap would drain it..
anything that draws more than 50 miliamps(.050 amps) will drain a battery overnight pretty sure ur cap is draining more than that if its staying on find some 15 power(switched) and wire it in should be a remote wire coming out the radio to the amp thats a decent place for it
