I would say that depends on where you get it installed.

By the way it's a 10 inch sub and box to fit it that slides under the seats. My car is a 68 Cadillc Deville convertible.

Anyway - the installer I got a quote from is a higher end custom type shop. They specialize in show cars and classic.

This is just labor so after they charge you for everything you're looking at 2 grand.

Custom kicks is where the money is at.

My shop the rates are

65 headunit

65 amp and wiring

25 for the doors

100 to 150ish for the box, depends on size.

You being in Ca I am sure the rates would be a good bit higher.
