Other than the HU (I'm not a big Pan fan, but if you like it, go for it), looks like an awesome setup.

I know what you mean about the weather, I just finished my whole system install in 0 degree weather. It makes the job so much harder and so much longer, that's for sure! I just got it done in time because we're getting 8-10 inches of snow right now, LOL.

I would feel uneasy about putting a nice system in a convertible. If you don't have some kind of great alarm I would highly thinking about investing in one.

That's just me.
