is my main problem the way i have it wired? only one of my wires has one of those connectors on it. i don't even know where to start with the headunit though, which is why it's been like that for 2 years now lol.

jesus christ dude. Build a nice ported box for the dx 15", run one sony amp and get rid of the rest of the crap, and hide your **** wires and buy a dash kit for your cd player.

i once thought about just having the 15 ported, but after hearing some ported subs they just don't sound good at all to me. I like the balance of the sq/spl of the sealed boxes.

Musta been a prefab you heard. Nothing sounds sweeter than a low tuned ported box. You sir should find another hobby

i like to use my 12s for midbass and the 15 works on the lows, if only i could fit in a ported box for it.
