really! lol sigh the box is for a 15" fi ssd it's gonna be around 3.79 cubes sound about right what cha think i should tune it too??? i want low and midbass notes so i was thinking 32-35 hzs

For the guys that have used the spax screws, what about countersinking the head. Do they go in flush without countersinking?

I just plain white latex caulk. You can use a 4' straight edge/level as a saw guide for a circular saw. I would NOT trust the cuts from HD/Lowes. Either buy a saw or borrow one.

Yews they do. I actully ( for shitts and giggles) Drilled a screw THROUGH the MDF. so yea it will go flush.

also i THINK.. dont know for sure... That Home Depot rents table saws. becasue as said before they **** at cutting if you need it precise.

I get HD or Lowe's to cut so it will fit in the car. I always leave about 1-2" or so margins to trim down later. You can save those pieces later for bracing/reinforcement.

ok guys going to lowes tommorrow for my supplies for my box build tommorrow!gonna be made outta 3/4 mdf. but i wanna know what brand stuff you think is best like glue, caulk, screws!!! what brand and size would you recommend for great bite but do not want to split 3/4 mdf!!

add any other things that i may have forgot money's not really a issue unless it is just ridiculous!!

I called lowes, and they said they can only cut a couple cuts for me just to fit in a car, but not make multiple cuts told them im going to home depot then. Went there the guy actually made some accurate cuts except for 1 was a half inch short. Went back in the morning and had him cut me another piece from another board. I told him that was the port piece and every 1/8 inch counts. I told him I didnt do all the math for someone like him to screw it up.
