75% of the glutamine is absorbed into your GI tract, and the rest is taken in by the liver where it's converted into sugar.I used to take glutamine in a post workout shake... I stopped getting sore. I did a Wikipedia search on it, said it's used for that reason... to prevent down time pretty much
I would take it whenever I eat, I'd still be eating good (changing my diet when I start all this)
Well, I just have to be more committed. My goals have always been to lose weight, but after thinking about it... I don't want to lose weight.. I want to gain muscle.I still beilive it's mainly babyfat. But if you think eating too much is your problem. Then you have found your solution. Thats all there is to it.

If I had a doller for everytime I heard that! It's really not that hard. It's mearly commen sence, and you will drop bodyfat and gain muscle. You don't need some BB.com workout that some 11-teen year old created and you don't need GNC. To my surpise, everything people have posted so far is great advice. So why are you still on the computer? Get PUMPIN!Well, I just have to be more committed. My goals have always been to lose weight, but after thinking about it... I don't want to lose weight.. A day or two? Wow, I'm down for a full week before I can hit legs again! Whats wrong with being sore? Almost every supplement out there is all in your head. Your thinking it's doing something, therefore you will become "stronger, bigger, faster". But in reality, GNC and all those fancy Supp companies LOVE your business! So are you saying it's useless? I made the mistake of taking 1 1/2 week off from legs/lower back and jumping right back to what I was at before...next day was almost as bad as the first initial week of training...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gifA day or two?
