Aside from supplements what are your plans for daily nutrition, cardio and lifting routine?
My buddy found this online, it's what he said he's gonna do... http://www.flarides.com/workout/

I just know I plan on working out one major muscle, 3 times a week.. I eat a lot of meat, I just have to eat it more often in smaller portions, starting eating more vegetables, ditch fast food and eat breakfast

It's possible if I plan it and stop being lazy

As far as cardio... yes, I know it's recommended and it's best for you... but I will probably skip it for a while

I used to take glutamine in a post workout shake... I stopped getting sore. I did a Wikipedia search on it, said it's used for that reason... to prevent down time pretty much
I would take it whenever I eat, I'd still be eating good (changing my diet when I start all this)
75% of the glutamine is absorbed into your GI tract, and the rest is taken in by the liver where it's converted into sugar.

Glutamine's only real effects is on your GI system and immune system.

So are you saying it's useless? I used to get sore really bad, had a hard time walking a day or two after a leg workout... I took gluatmine AND upped the intensity... and was less sore/not sore at all

Well, I just have to be more committed. My goals have always been to lose weight, but after thinking about it... I don't want to lose weight.. I want to gain muscle.
If I had a doller for everytime I heard that! It's really not that hard. It's mearly commen sence, and you will drop bodyfat and gain muscle. You don't need some BB.com workout that some 11-teen year old created and you don't need GNC. To my surpise, everything people have posted so far is great advice. So why are you still on the computer? Get PUMPIN!

A day or two? Wow, I'm down for a full week before I can hit legs again! Whats wrong with being sore? Almost every supplement out there is all in your head. Your thinking it's doing something, therefore you will become "stronger, bigger, faster". But in reality, GNC and all those fancy Supp companies LOVE your business!

Because it's 2AM and the gym is closed!

And I know what you're saying about "a dollar for everytime you heard it" as.. I've gone through this same phase every few months.

I guess I just feel like I want to do something different than going to the gym. I want to see results quick (who doesn't?) to help me stay motivated. The first week, the gym is easy. Next week, I say to myself... ****, no results, oh well..

And yes, I know, 1 week I won't see results. It's just the way my mind works.

That 's what happens the first 2 weeks lol.

The first couple weeks I worked out I was sore as balls, now I still get sore the day after, but nothing that impedes my daily routines.

I made the mistake of taking 1 1/2 week off from legs/lower back and jumping right back to what I was at before...next day was almost as bad as the first initial week of training...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
