x2, if you have the room to let it breath, and tune it low, the SX would be a good choice.

also look into XXX 18's they may not be quite as loud as the SX but from what i have heard the SQ is pretty decent.

Um, with the right power the XXX will get MUCH louder then the SX. The SX are more efficient but they will tend to level off much sooner then the XXX. So, if you're running 1000 watts RMS then i would agree that the SX is the better choice but if you have a big ole burley amp that's over 2000 watts "REAL" power then i would go with the XXX.
