Dude try an 18" MT. Thats what I am running right now off an Orion 2500d @.7 ohms, and it is louder then my 2 HC 15's off 2 JBL 1200.1's was. It also sounds great and gets nasty with the low notes.

The TC 1.5HP 18 ( TC9 mag on a 18" basket) will cost you $220ish for the cone and basket.

The only cone you can get is paper since the others are to heavy AFIAK.

And TC doesnt really do custom work, they are more of a high output company.

Ive been there, talked to the man.

Just about every woofer being made there is high quantity, very few are one off customs
