Subwoofer setup - amp & subbox

Hello everyone!

I want to buy a new subwoofer and an amplifier. I was thinking about Hertz HBX 250D or 300D and an Audison LRX 1.400. I have a smaller car, Skoda Fabia, so i don't want a lot of power. I was concerning about the fact that Hertz HBX 300D will be too powerfull for my trunk...shoul I stau with 250D?

What do you think of this setup? I am a Hertz&Audison fan, that's why i would prefer parts from these manufacturers.

Another question: should I stay with 4Ohm@350W or 650W@2ohm will be better. And i'll change my HU soon with Clarion that has an USB interface.
