subwoofer horn design!

They're typically pretty big. I always thought about just taking the wicked one and halving it, but even that runs 10"s i believe and is made to be a coffee table. If you're trying to fit it into a trunk of a car, try a diffrent box design.

I could sell the 15 and use a 12" IDMax if smaller would allow me to use a smaller box

My main concern is I would like to achieve extremely low frequencies

To get down to 10hz, even 20hz with good output in a horn you're looking at a MASSIVE horn.

Honestly no music will ever go that low unless you're listening to bass mekanik and that rarely ever goes that low.

the horns are supposed to increase the output substantially right? why not see if you could do a badass pair of 8"s in a horn. i dont know how much space it would need, but if done properly it should be able to smoke a pair of sealed 10"s maybe even 12"s.

That's a picture of two FOLDED horn enclosure. If you can fit one of them in your vehicle, go for it!
