subwoofer for small enclosure

I do not agree with 75% of this statement. LOL really I don't.
hahaha, i actually lulz'd that one...... kinda what was going through my head, too.

anyways, probably a mix of the the sub rubbing the floor, or the box being on the small side, and age did the surround in, those lod foam surrounds can get pretty flimsy over time... i may be interested in that old jl, once you are un-banned, lol. pm me. oh, and check the clearance on the sub once you have it in.

 
hahaha, i can guess who banned the little birdie......... you can break it in with low frequency tone free-air. most break-in will happen in the first hour, but i just let them go over-night. something like 20watts, but the site should be able to tell you the exact settings for the sub.
