With a single dual 4 ohms driver, you only have two wiring options, 2 ohms or 8 ohms. As for running that amp bridged, you cannot run it bridged below 4 ohms, it is not stable bridged at 2and will shut down or blow if pushed at all.
Plenty of budget amplifiers out there than will take care of that woofer. It's a 500 watt RMS woofer, so all you need something with roughly 750 watts at 2 ohms to take care of what you need.
