IF they are D4's =

this is the wiring scheme for 2 D4 subs to be hooked to the Kenwood Bridged mono.

I would recommend pushing mid/ highs with the KW and researching further on the subs and buying an appropriate amp for the task
I missed your last post and now I feel bad for being sarcastic.. You are welcome for the help and I will help you further. As I said, earlier, I have seen kicker on the shelf, but not paid that close attention. On the boxes, they are usually marked...what is the model name word for word?...maybe on the back of the magnet structure?
@quackhead
I'm going to take one out for you to find out if it actually specifies 2 or 4 ohm or nominal 2 or 4.

@quackhead
on the back of the speakers it says 4ohm. 10Cvr124.

I'm thinking of doing some parallel wiring at this point. But not if it's against your advice. Yes I do plan on getting another amp, but I will not be able to do that for a few weeks. Think my amp will be ok until then? Are the settings on my amp fine, do I need to change them? I have no idea. I had my expert friends at Gwinnet sound hooks the system up. I plan on having some counsel from them tomorrow.

Im nowhere near an expert,
This is an understatement.

OP, Why did you bother writing such a long request for info, less than 24 hours ago, and then just run out and buy something with out taking anyone's info into actual consideration? By the way, if you don't even know how to wire up a couple of dvc's to an amp, you should read a book, or everything you can find online for beginner's, before doing anything, at all. Including purchasing. I just don't understand why you were in such a rush. ....You will regret rash decisions based on limited knowledge. Guaranteed.

Well im really quite new to this. I did in fact study everyone's recommendations, have a lot of bookmarks saved for future studies as well. The thing is I ended up deciding to buy the Kicker CompVR for several reasons. One because they are SPL speakers and the way my car audio system is currently set up, I thought they would be best. Durability and being able to finance them was also a plus. It does not mean I will not upgrade in a few months again. I want to try and experience different things without taking such a big leap into the elite, so I understand different sound qualities as well. It's more like im taking my time to learn without stress because I want the experience of learning from the ground up.
what you need to do is wire the two speaker coils in series on each speaker for 8 ohm load, then wire the two speakers parallel for a combined 4 ohm load. on the KW, to run bridged, picture one set of wires from the amp..Left + and Right - this is considered summed mono

Thanks I'm likely to have someone set this up at my sound shop, they know me from a couple of installations prior and are friends. I understand Parralel DVC wiring, it's quite simple, but to add series wiring to parallel is a bit out of my experience. You were a real big help thanks @quackhead.

They are not "SPL SPEAKERS". Not being mean. It's just the truth. I have a 15 that a lot of people here would probably never consider running, and I can just about promise you that I will wail way harder with that $130 bargain-bin sub than you ever will with those. You should take them back and make a more informed decision. You didn't even know that they were dvc, or what ohms they were, for heaven's sake. That alone tells me that you have absolutely no idea what you are doing. I, and most other's here, would actually be willing to help you do this right, even if you don't have clue. You just need to be willing to take good advice.
