Hi i have a 2002 Chevy Cavalier and i was wonderen wat would b sum good subs for this car (if u look at my sig that was wat i was goin to get but i need more power and my car wont handle it). My car has stock electrical system and a 105A alt so if u could help then please...Thanks

you have good subs why not upgrade your electrical system instead of downgrading your system? the big 3 tutorial stickied in the wire forum can be of great use

No more then $400 for both subs and i listen to just bout anything from rap to soul music.

yea i would downgrade myself just take the money and expand the electrical, and that will only help any system no matter what power ur running

it's not so much what woofers on that electrical, it's which amp.....

get a good class D amp, and get two 10" or 12" drievrs that work well with 400-800 watts each. Then find a good 1000 watt amp...that doesn't draw a ton of current.

x2 on finding the right amp...i have a opti 1400d and it doesnt have that much of a current draw when pushing my 18...i dont see any voltage drops unless the gains are set pretty high
