12" JLw6v2 vs Diamond Audio D3 15"

i recently sold my diamond audio D3 15" subs that were in a sealed box (1.5cu) and the SQ/SPL was great on those subs. had them powered with a bxi1606d. i would like to know if i can expect the same or even more SQ/SPL by going with 2 12" JL W6's in a sealed box getting the same power?

not sure on box specs on the JLs but im assuming 1.25/1.5 per cham.

lady wants 480usd for these babies...what do you think?
