sub squeeling or something?...................

i have 2 12" r's in 1.5 sealed enclosure each with a 2400 rms xtrpro orion. when turned up i get a squeel, dj scratch sound hard to explain but only does it at lower notes when turned up then at a certain point it does it...dosent really bottom out just that noise. and the voltage drops to 11.9 -12.5 under a load. could that cause the amp to send a bad signal under strain since the volts aint up?

maybe or may be your rca's sending a dirty signal is it ran next to power or ground is it possible road noise do you here the sound increase when you rev your motor??

noit aint that type of squeel. i know what ur talkin bout. its not that its the sub vc for sure just dont know why. to much power? to much excursion?

I'm pissed cause ever since I put in a screw to hold my wires, at a certain frequency I have a small whistle in mine.... I'll get around to sealing it eventually..

my box is sealed guys and my ground is definetly good... it might be from over excursion. i thought these type r's would handle 2000 rms especialy in a sealed box. obviously if i keep the volume to a limit it dont do it. could it be to much power. and i need to just take it easy on em
