Need Alot of Help

Hello,

I have a 2001 Toyota Avalon with the JBL upgraded system. It has 6 speakers and a standard single subwoofer. I am thinking about adding two subs in the trunk...

Are these subs good??

i dont know much about them, and that site says nothing about them at all. but pioneer is a trustworthy brand at least. if they're 1000rms per then you need something to put 2000w. and id sugjest looking on onlinecarstereo.com, ive ordered off of there twice with no problems. i would also say if you have some basic tools and brains then build your own box. its not hard.

Subs look decent. We're not a pioneer dealer and I haven't work with them yet so I can't say much more. As far as amps, I hate to say it but check ebay for JBL BP1200.1. Amazing amp. Great power at 2 or 1 ohm. 1200 at 2 ohms and 1300ish at 1 ohm. They are optimized to run at 2 ohms. They can be found for around $250ish and are a great deal. We have put ours through hell and back and it just keeps going strong. Should be great with those subs if you put one on each sub. I know it's a little more than you were looking to spend, but well worth the extra hundred bucks.

personaly ive had good experience on my newest set up with hifonics amps. people say a wide variety of things about them but its worked well for me and they're a good deal. its somehting like 250 for 1000w at 2 ohms i belive, not a bad dollar to watts ratio. i would definatly give those subs a try though, look good to me. i have an alpine type X which is very similar, 1000w, 3000peak same kinda thing, and its great.

Will it be enough to power the two subs? Also the subs come in 2ohm and a 4ohm models. Which is the best?

Also no one sells that JBL BP1200.1.
