Sub or Amp Troubleshooting

I connected my speakers to a Pioneer PRS 4 channel 1200W amp 300RMS and my subwoofers to Sony Xplod 800 w 4 channel amp. It keeps making this annoying whining grumbling noise until I open any of my doors or trunk the noise stops completely. It only makes the noise when the car engine is on. This has really been stressing me out. I swapped out the rca wires completely and I still have the same problem.

I have a Honda Accord 2011 sedan.

you got a bad ground somewhere

How do I fix it ?

find the ground point for you amps,sand off the paint and reinstall.if you are using a seatbelt bolt ,move it make a new point.

Where would be a good place to ground the wire?
