Sub controll wiring

Can anyone assist with what wires connect where? Standard telephone cable from monoblock amp for subs through to 6 terminal volume knob. Ive had this working in the past with only 2 wires connected. However my mechanic ruined the connection, and has made good by putting new connectors on it for me. I have since forgotten which 2 wires went to which 2 terminals.
