Sub channel bad??

I noticed my sub stopped working yesterday. Pulled the sub and connected it in the house, tested OK. Seems there is a problem with the sub channel on my Rockford Fosgate Power 1000 5-channel amp. The other channels are fine. I don't know where to begin troublehooting it. I'm about to go out and remove the panel, check the fuses etc. Any recommendations on how to troubleshoot this thing?

Nevermind guys.. maybe I should look at crap before thinking the worst and posting. It was a loose connection at amplifier side. Wire was in the post but obviously a bad connect. Removed and reconnected. I didn't think I could toast this amp that easily:cool:
