I'd have to say a no on that, Audiobahn dont sound that great and that amp is over rated (in wattage)

if i were you and just wanted a single 12" go wither with a alpine type R (mabye around 120-130 shipped) and a 12" kicker comp VR (about 100-115 shipped) or you could check the classifieds here

for the amp to push one sub id go with a BX605 its pushed my 15" cvr pretty well at 1 ohm (i have one for sale, PM if you want it)
