I have an alpine pdx 1.1000,rated at 1000x1@14.4 volts. Will it see 14.4 or does it actually only recieve 12 volts?

it will most likely see less then 14.4...12 would be reaally low...and bad

13's to 14's. if ur dippin in to low 12's u need a beefier electrical.

I do have a capacitor reading 14.4, about 13.8 when it hits hard so I should be ok. thanks to both plugtin and hockytoker for your help.
