Stupid, Stupid question

Yes they come with a set of passive x-overs I'm just tryin to make sure I aint gnona mess nothin up, and that flat is where it needs tobe set at :)
So if I set it at flat(assuming it kills the lpf) do I need to worry about the bass boost and lpf at all?(on the amp)

just leave them alone.

Found it on Crutchfield(even though its not longer avaialable)...

It says :

Crossover Selector: The crossover selector switch can select flat (off) or lowpass (on) operation.

So I'm assuming you were right? Select flat and then use the HU to control it? :)

yup. i always used the headunit crossovers even if the amp had a hpf. the crossovers on that 860 are nice and will work well
