Stinger Voltmeter Voltage Drop

I was just curious about how accurate these meters are at measuring voltage drop. From my test I found that with my voltage at 14.3 on my voltmeter, the voltage was also 14.3 on my dmm. When I turned my music up full tilt the voltmeter would read 11.5 but my dmm would read 12.4. Im believe my dmm is more accurate. Has anyone else experienced this?

idk but right now I'm just using my dmm. I have the prongs pushed into the terminals on my amp,dmm in the cupholder lol

Where is the leads of your DMM and where is your voltmeter wired to.

i know this is an old thread but did you adjust the voltmeter to match your voltage from the battery...i have had to do it to mine so try that and see if it still does it or not.
