Stinger expert series ring terminals any better then normal ones?

I just got a 1 farad capacator from my aunt to sell for her friend. There were 1/0 gauge wires already connected to it with Stinger expert series ring terminals. But I want to know if they are any better then normal ring terminals like the ones that you have to crimp with a vise?

Yes they do.

I like those better simply because it is much easier (to me) to ensure a solid connection between the terminal and the cable it is terminating.
