Do you have any info on how they publicly broke the law? I am just wondering what they are in trouble for, and what the outcome is looking like. I heard it was a copyright thing, but I am not sure how they violated any copyright laws.

In the US, it's not against the law to sell something you own. Using someone elses intellectual property (images, text) is.
