I dropped my ins last time I updated my policy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif, I'm in the market for a new car...so I was planning on selling everything to get some funds for the new system. Another thing that really pissed me off was the broke my automatic A/C controls, so when I get my car back I still have to get a new one for my A/C to work.

The funny thing was, they had a dispute w/ a customer yesterday who works for a ghetto stereo shop in town. He was also there this morning w/ his friend who works for a locksmith. His system was stolen, also...but I'm sure it was all audiobahn stuff . I can guarantee I'm the only one in town who has a XXX, and would bet money that I'm the only one w/ a MD3D.

My gf's mom is a paralegal, and she told me that the lawyer she works for wouldn't mind talking with me...just to let me know what my options are.

Just dropped my theft insurance, since I'm selling the car soon. I was about to start taking everything out, and making a F/S thread...

It just really makes me sick that someone is gonna be riding around with that my $hit, but have NO IDEA what they've got...they'd probably rather have a Best Buy special. That's one thing that I have going for me, maybe there's a chance that it will show up at a pawn shop b/c no one knows RE and US AMPS

IMO definitely inside job. Nobody sits there and wastes time ripping carpet back for a couple runs of 0 gauge when they've got hundreds of dollars worth of other stuff in their hands and 'other cars to break into'. They obviously knew they had time, and they took their time doing it.

i'd be pretty certain they will be held liable. also would bet someone working there was in on it. why did an employee leave thier car overnight anyways? and the signs mean jack shit.

The more I think about it, the more I'm thinking it had to be someone there...its completely ruined my day. I just hope I don't find the person who stole it, b/c I'll be going to jail myself

Ive had my car broken into numerous times and been around for police reports on others and not one time have they taken prints.

I'm going to c what I can do tomorrow...speak to the cops, and a lawyer. Not expecting anything good to come out of this, but its worth a couple hundred to try
