SOLD Step-DAD is a little agrumentative.

Well i have lived with him for about 2.5years now. He has always asked me to do jobs around the house and ill do them with a smile on my face even though he tends to sit on his ass a whole lot. Whenever i ask a quesiton or bring up a good point he shoots it down and thinks or acts like i am a ten year old boy.

I was working on my system last night. Not extremely loud, but i was testing mid-bass in my doors with some Too Short. Went inside and went bed. Today i wake up in a good mood head downstairs to eat some breakfast and the first thing i get is

Mom- "Tyler Tray moved your car this morning." I thinknothing of it...

Tray- "that music in there is vulgar and i WILL NOT have that in my house!!"

Me-" I understand sir i appologize that you had to listen to it,but i dont think much of it considering it is in MY car and you NEVER have to listen to it. I do not entertain people with this music and do not force you to listen to what is in my car."

Tray- "YOU ARE DEFENDING THAT??? YOU LIKE THAT MUSIC?!!!"

Me- " yes sir, i bought that cd actually meaning i supported that man whom you already hate so much. I feel that if i were to walk into your bed room and hit play on the DVD player and you were watching a porno and i made this big of a deal about it you might defend it to and think i wasnt in the right place to say anything about it. The music is very close to porno and i bet you would defend it."

Tray- " You have little smart ass comments and if your mother wasnt here i would have already ripped up that CD this is MY house!!"

I probably wouldnt have such a big problem with these conversations we have, but they tend to be right when i wake up so i have a shitty morning often. I do more chores than he does and clean up after myself more than he does. If i forget to do one little thing i get yelled at the morning after. Its like give me a break old man go fly your **** plane.

i am honestly 100% respectful to him. After a long conversation i may tend to become a little smart-ass but it is only because i think he deserves it sometimes.

My mom is on my side, but i still cant just walk away from my step-dad. I have to hear him out and after listening to how absurd he sounds i throw in my honest opinion.

very true, but before he was in my life he was not paying the bills and everything was perfectly fine. It was not my choice to live with this man and really i cant do anything about it because i am in school full-time and playing sports so i have no time to get enough money to get out of the house.... i am already to the point of agreeing to disagree, but i dont think he likes that. its his way or he pouts and thinks i am a little immature kid because i have 1 cd that is rap and volgur. I only listen to him for the beats. I mostly listen to DMB john mayer the beatles all classic rock and things and when he hears the ONE CD i tune my lower frequencies to he flips **** and i am a cracker hating nigg.

i dont get it.... what is there to grow up about? I need to stop thinking that my cd is alright to tune my equipment to and tear it up like he said? Or i need to **** my step-dads dick every time he thinks i have done something wrong...

so because your mom decided she was happy with this man...you decide that you feel the need to cause issues? I have a stepson as well and he creates more problems than you can ever imagine between me and my wife. I can't wait til he turns 18 so he can move out. I love him and all but he delibrately creates problems. Its my house and thats the bottom line. I'm not dick like your stepdad sounds but thats life.
