Step-by-step how to frost plexi

True enough. You should be able to use a router to do the same thing also. I know a lot of you guys have routers.

 
Very nice. It looks good

I've done this in the past with sand blasting and I was very impressed with the results. I cut a "stencil" out of a fairly thick sheet of rubber with a computer plotter/engraver. Then you glue the stencil in place on the piece you're frosting and have at it with the sand blaster. It turned out nice and even and overall didn't take long either. I don't really trust my dremel hand either.
