Starting a workout schedule...got some whey/creatine

P6?
I'm mainly lookin to loose bf, and gain muscle...lean!
It wasn't fat he was gaining.

Let me explain

He started out at 6'2'' 145 lbs

Before he left, he was on protein shakes and whatnot at 155

For the last 2.5 months he's been doing P6. He's added almost 50lbs on his bench(IIRC) and has gained a tad over 20lbs. He's got a much bigger chest and arms, and his abs are more defined.

P6 is to build. It's supposed to be some of the strongest stuff you can buy at GNC.

They also have a P6 black, but I'm not too sure about it.

if do take creatine wont and get gains, but if I stop wont i loose them cuz its not natural.

i may try it tomorrow b4 workout then...and ill look into the P6. any idea on how much it is?

 
The P6 is relatively expensive.
It's a test booster, pretty much. Read up on it a tad. Just a suggestion.
Before you do anything that affects your hormones, please read up thoroughly on the effects they have on your body. I don't think you are at the point where you need something like this to see significant gains - if you eat right, supplement right, and work out right you WILL see gains

good idea...im not goin all out thats for sure...just healthy and toned

WRONG you tard. It is a nitrogenous organic acid. Phosphocreatine is the form of creatine found naturally in the body to regenerate your cells ATP once its been converted to ADP. The form of creatine you take from these supplements is different, and supposedly studies have shown lately that it does not do much for you other than dehydrate you.

So is the creatine goin to draw the water out or will it hydrate my body...what is is doin for me? btw baseball season dont start till about January so I have to time to bullk up before
Creatine is going to be loaded into your muscle groups, and as it does become loaded, water will follow the gradient it provides and take up storage in the muscle. This creates a stimulus for the muscle to grow a little due to increased stretch from increased water. Proper hydration is crucial when taking creatine monohydrate as it very easy to become dehydrated. Since it works in a way where it is not directly increasing muscle size, but rather it increases the amount of work your muscles are capable of doing, which in turn translates into strength gains and increased muscle mass (with adequate nutrition of course). The main thing with whey is that its a supplement, a supplement for the times when you are finished a muscular workout and when you cannot consume enough chicken or fish(due to scheduling conflicts with food preparation). Get a bodyfat reading to go on how much lean body mass you have, and try to consume 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass. Running early in the morning is also a big help when it comes to losing bodyfat, but it does lead to some muscle breakdown, so a small protein shake(whey) is nice to have before. High protein, low simple carbs,moderate complex carbs and moderate-high good fats and lots and lots of cardio. To gain muscle you usually follow the protocol of bulking up (gaining muscle and hopefully minimal bodyfat) then lean out (lose bodyfat). Thats all i can spout of top of my head, but best thing is to just research the fuk outta it.
