Starting a workout schedule...got some whey/creatine

yeah I'm going to do more research
So is the creatine goin to draw the water out or will it hydrate my body...what is is doin for me? btw baseball season dont start till about January so I have to time to bullk up before
if you have time to bulk, then don't use the creatine and let your body do the natural thing.......take the protein and eat correctly and by January you will be happy with the results

Creatine REQUIRES water to work.

It takes that water, and bulks up your muscles, once your off the creatine, you lose most of the water weight.

Your body already produces creatine, so by adding 50 grams of creatine before each work out, you are essentially teaching your body not to produce it anymore, which is why you have to cycle it.

That's the main reason I think it is bad for you.

^^^and why I don't/never have used it

ok I am in college so I don't really want to spend a ton on food. But right now I'm eating alot of cottage cheese, skim milk, venison, chicken when I can, stir fry.....and more ideas that are cheaper. Also how is turkey burger for you, it says its 50%less fat than beef

$75 dang..that aint much. I spent 55 last night for less than the week. btw I don't dine on campus, I make all my own food or go out so it dont get cheap

I do love my chicken tho...what do you think 1 big breast a day? somthin like that

Turkey Burgers arent bad for you, I don't really like the taste, but whatever you like. lol

You can buy No2 really at any nutrition store.

To be honest, i have tried 5 different No2's and No2 Black Powder has been the best blend.

Nano Vapor was intense, i was so hyper, but after the gym, i couldnt keep my eyes open (not good)

NOxplode made me shit constantly, no matter how much i drank lol.

Superpump was decent, not enough energy though.

No2 Black powder has been my best so far, like I said. Great energy, no crashes.

ok I think im goin to take the creatine back, Its not something I want to take forever

Good idea. I don't really think you wanna be messing with that stuff. You see quick results, but can SO easily be lost.

The thing I like about No2 is that it is basically an energy drink. You are not putting anything in your body to stay.

I have been shopping at Food Lion and they had bags of breast on sale....about 12 breast/bag. I went through 4 bags. Sometimes I do half breast/meal, sometimes more. It will take you a little time to get used to the constant supply of nutrients and learn how much food you really need.
