Starting a workout schedule...got some whey/creatine

yeah being in school I can't take any crashes man....school is still my main priority. More energy would be nice tho. How much did it cost ya man?
No2 runs me about 35 bucks for a little over a month period of time.

If you are a GNC gold card member, you get 20% off in the first week. If not, buy it online.

I may buy it online, or have a my buddy pick me some up at GNC...sweet

We got a nice workout place here, and I'm actually motivated to use it...just gotta stay away from the beer now:rolleyes:

No2 is a Vasodilator.
Essentially, it is the same as an energy drink, as it gets your blood flowing for more endurance.

No2 Black Powder

NOxplode (assplode)

NO shotgun

Are all some good brands of this stuff. One scoop in a water bottle, shake it up, chug it before your work out. Once your blood gets flowing, and your heart rate gets up (in the gym) you should feel it.

I'm a strong believer in taking protein AFTER working out. After your muscles have been contracted and broken down by lifting, Drink some protein, and this helps with the building process by "healing" your muscles.
May want to look into Super Pump 250 as well. I made the switch from NOxplode and there was no comparison

Get Swole Brah..........

i like to get about 100 grams of tein with shakes...and i just try to eat about 4 times a day if i can....smaller stuff like 3 chicken strips

I wouldnt bother with creatine. It REQUIRES tons and tons of water. Baseball season in the heat+creatine is a recipe for dehydration.
Once baseball season comes around, you'll lose all your water weight.

Take some No2, It gives you an excellent pump in the gym, and there is no cycling required.

Other than that, eat alot of chicken (white), steak, lunch meats, like Dman said, complex carbs. Get your good daily doses of protein. That helps BUILD the muscle after working out. (very crucial)

Another thing i can highly recommend are some good BCAA's (Branched chain amino acids) Take them before your workout, and they are also another building block for working out (along with your proteins)
You wouldn't bother with something that has been proven numerous time to provide muscle and strength gains, yet approve of something that does neither? lawlz

yeah the more meals will increase my metabolism right
mainly eatin tuna, and venison right now, and chicken

how should I use the whey and creatine...or should I?
w00t on the venison!

5g of creatine monohydrate after a workout will suffice. I'd recommend a whey shake 30 minutes prior and after you get done with your workout.

I had a roommate that used and still uses that crap religiously with no benefits....except for the money spent(wasted IMO)
Whey protein is crap? LOL

Your body already produces creatine, so by adding 50 grams of creatine before each work out, you are essentially teaching your body not to produce it anymore, which is why you have to cycle it.

T
Who the fk takes in 50g of creatine a day?

last year i started the creatine / protein

might have been placebo or nt,

but my bench and several other stats took a 25 % increase across the board..

And could have gone higher but work and school killed my gym time ..

i was takin 2 servings or creatine back in highschool during weight season Nov-April.. I gained 60lbs on bench.. but also gained 20lbs body weight.. I also took Protien after the workouts.. and a Multi-Vitamin.. I still take a daily vitamin, but havent worked out regular in a year..

last time i Maxed bench, Just liftin wit my brother for the hell of it I Maxed 295lbs.. but i do weigh 285.. weighed 260-265 in highschool.. my brother tho, is 235 and benches 330.. strong bastard

I wouldnt bother with creatine. It REQUIRES tons and tons of water. Baseball season in the heat+creatine is a recipe for dehydration.
Wrong

Exactly. Creatine helps some (for a short time period) and hurts others. Most people lose all their water weight when they stop creatine anyways. No good.
Wrong

creatine is a ***** dude. the amount of water you have to drink is ridiculous. theres no way you can sweat and take creatine at the same time
Wrong

maybe take creatine while you workout but definitely dont take it while your playing
And Wrong.

There has been countless threads on this, SEARCH. and go to bodybuilding.com and read instead of posting a thread on a car audio forum that has been done a zillion times before

if you have time to bulk, then don't use the creatine and let your body do the natural thing.......take the protein and eat correctly and by January you will be happy with the results
Creatine isn't natural? Last time I checked it was amino acid found in beef...

Creatine REQUIRES water to work.
It takes that water, and bulks up your muscles, once your off the creatine, you lose most of the water weight.

Your body already produces creatine, so by adding 50 grams of creatine before each work out, you are essentially teaching your body not to produce it anymore, which is why you have to cycle it.

That's the main reason I think it is bad for you.
If you take 50 grams of creatine a day, YOU'RE A FVCKING MORON. And your body doesn't produce creatine, and you DO NOT need to cycle it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif do some research

Get a creatine ethyl ester or a quality creatine monohydrate. The new NO Shotgun has really pure Creatinal O Phosphate which is awesome, but it's expensive. Whey Protein Isolate or Hydrolysate after workouts (do not get Whey Protein Concentrate for post-workout) are good. Egg or Casein Proteins before bed. Whey when you wake up
