ssd louder then two type r?

Well sounding better is all personal taste but only one person that can give you a decent answer is someone who has experience with both and that not me lol, I've just messed with type r's

You know sealed is better accuracy wise in general but i think your forgetting one major fact, every sub is different, depending on specs of subs there ARE subs that perform better in ported enclosures, as long as there built correctly. And depending on the ported frequency it will give more output over the mainly used frequency's, aka ported and sealed may have same output at 100 hz, but from the mainly used frequencies for me anyways of 35 hz - 75 hz the ported box is louder over that WHOLE band.
False. Porting gives you an ever diminishing boost as you go above or below tuning, for about 1/2 octave above tuning, which certainly wouldn't be to 75Hz with a tuning frequency in the 30-40Hz range.

There are subs which will be rather anemic in sealed enclosures, but those are generally SPL oriented woofers which are either A) excessively overmotored and/or B) have a VERY high Fs.

In the cases of those subs, you won't have much useable response below 35Hz anyway, even with a ported box, and typically you still get SIGNIFICANT response peaking in the 30-40Hz area.

You know i've never termlabed those upper frequencies when switching between sealed and ported but I will swear there may no be much but even when i switched to my 32 hz tuned box that 70hz range gained a little, i know at least it didn't loose any, so all gain and no loss why not go ported? If its a good subwoofer and a not oversized ported box it will be just as accurate as the sealed in my opinion anyways.

If you actually measure it, you won't find that to be the case. Porting will not provide any boost in output a full octave above tuning, it's just not how ports work. The difference you may be hearing can also be related to the alignment of the sealed box you are using.

Bear in mind, I am NOT saying that ported boxes sound BAD, far from it, you CAN make a ported box sound quite good, but it will NEVER have the same transient performance of ANY sealed enclosure, regardless of the woofer. It can achieve very good performance yes, but a competently built and designed sealed system will yield flatter overall response, and better overall accuracy in the vast majority of situations.

Just because you hear a DIFFERENCE in output doesn't mean the ported box is FLATTER, it may just be peakier, and you happen to enjoy the sound of exaggerated bassnotes. Remember, what you LIKE, and what is more ACCURATE are NOT necessarily the same.

Interesting.
so, which will sound BETTER?
YOU have to define what is better.

Some people like the sound of a sealed enclosure and others like the sound of a ported enclosure. It depends on what kind of frequency response curve you feel is more desirable. I had a very flat response from my sub sealed but with that flat response, I felt like I was lacking in the 25-40hz range. When I went ported, I gained output in that frequency range and I consider it to sound better.

The group delay factor isn't a huge deal when the enclosure is designed correctly. The difference in group delay will not be very much as the frequency increase and it approaches the GD of a sealed enclosure. At and around tuning, the group delay will peak but if the enclosure is designed correctly and tuned low enough, the peak in GD will not be very noticeable.
