I dont but its just layed on the frame nothing fancy. I was going to bring it out some but I wanted the 8s to have every bit of bracing I could give them. And I found out Im not that skilled.

you can fix fiberglass relatively easy. It just means more sanding.

I made sure I could atleast do it basic before I starting hacking the door panel up.

The box will be in Monday and the doors will be done Tuesday.. I should have a chance to get some termlab time in Wendsday before the show on the 28th... Im ready to get this build over with.

A little update.. Im a bit disapointed in the numbers. Its only doing a 46 at 43hz sealed up. I expected more but its VERY musical. Voltage was also in the 11s when by time I found the peak. I may be able to get .5 more out of it. View attachment 26532247View attachment 26532248

What are the specs on the box? Thats an odd design, how the port fires into a large chamber like a 6th order but the woofer isnt inside the box, who designed it? I have seen about the same cone area on half the power in a similar sized vehicle do 1db less from high 20s to mid 40s. I suspect that the box is holding you back from more output.

They got torn down. It didnt come out to good. They are just MDF baffles for a show this weekend. Im not to impressed by the ZR800s yet but they are getting some backwave now.
