SQL: 10" Type X or 12" IDMAX

I know this may start a lot of flaming but I need a quick, answer from all those that are going to give their opinion. I'm debating between a 10" Type-X or a 12" idMAX. Both are going to be receiving the same amount of power, between 750 - 800W at 2 ohms. I'm aiming for SQ but something that'll be louder than a 10" W6 receiving the same amount of power as stated above. This is going to put into the trunk of a 2001 4 door Honda Civic btw.

alpine type x = SPL

Wrong, Alpine type R=more spl, the X is more SQ oriented, but can get loud.

I say can't go wrong with either sub, but if it was me, I would do the ID max.
