get an idw 15 or 18 run it ib or near ib if you dont show anyone the sub i bet noone would figure out what you had. they would say 8's or 10's until a low note was cranked then they would think you had a few woofers. hands down tonally the idw is the best sub i have ever heard.

idw? Is that image dynamics w? And as for IB, how big of a box would I need to do that? I don't know how big it would need to be before it's IB.

Why not step up to the Avalanche? For other SQ drivers I suggest Any Image Dynamics. SS RL-P and I. SI Mag. OZ Audio Elite. ED A series.

Was just wondering, where can you get an Atlas for 125 shipped? If you can do that, Id get the Atlas.

I can't, but I coulda traded an xbox and controllers and stuff for one, i'm guessin he got the 125 because that's probably what most ppl sell em for used.

idw it doesnt even sound like a sub. it sounds like bass/music in ib it rumbles like real it can be powerful and delicate at the same time. if you ever get a chance to hear an idw set up do it u will know what i mean and no not in a 1.5-3 cft box (they get too loud in those) in a propper ib set up (not hard to do by the way) they simply are awesome. the design is rather plain no huge xmax in fact when you look at them from the front you'll probably say they are fugly until you hear it. if you ever wanna try it set yourself back some dough and look for 1 or 2 on ebay im very serious if you really like music you will love these. i have had kld's i have had mb quarts jl audios even my atlas and installed probably 300+ woofers tuned probably 40+ cars for sq (helped with at least) and every decent to awesome idw set up you dont have a clue what it is until you see it then you think "an 18-15 can do that?"
